Dr. Smita is a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. She is an expert in menopause-specific coaching, psychology, nutrition, female anatomy and physiology, exercise programming, and recovery.

 

Smita is a highly trained clinician specializing in the treatment and holistic management of menopause-related symptoms and pelvic floor disorders. This includes hormonal imbalances, hot flashes, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful intercourse (dyspareunia), and changes in sexual function.

 

Smita can advise on non-hormonal treatments, lifestyle interventions, and pelvic floor rehabilitation. These consults with her are aimed empowering women through education, symptom tracking, and long-term wellness planning to enhance quality of life through the menopausal transition and beyond.

She is  YTT Certified (200+) Hours Yoga Teacher.

 

Smita also holds a one year diploma course in Ayurveda and its medical benefits.
